Chhavi Mittal, a cancer survivor, recently posted a video to her YouTube space, inspiring fans. In the video, she shared a list of typical foods that you should definitely instill in their diet. While sharing the superfoods, she also shared their benefits.

Along with the video, the actress wrote that she is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that she eats healthy. And so she decided to share the food items from her diet that she religiously consumes with her followers online.

Amla juice:

To make the juice, the actress told that she grates the amla, squeezes the juice, soaks it with water and drinks it. Chhavi told that she consumes it regularly in the morning. According to the actress, amla juice is incredibly helpful for boosting immunity, preventing hair loss and solving skin and acidity problems.

nuts:

Nuts are rich in micronutrients, fiber, minerals and good monosaturated fats that help maintain weight and metabolism. Chhavi said she consumes soaked nuts, including walnuts, dates, black raisins, figs and almonds.

Berries:

All types of berries are packed with antioxidants and anti-aging properties. That’s why she advised people to include berries in their diet. Besides the fact that berries can be a great snack option, she shared that she adds berries to her smoothies and yogurt.

Yogurt:

The actress says that yogurt is low in calories and high in calcium. If you are someone who is trying to lose weight, adding it to your diet would be a healthy decision.

Green leafy vegetables:

She even recommends adding green leafy vegetables that are packed with vitamin A, vitamin C and fiber.

Was sitting:

One can have it with water or steep it in ladoos or pancakes. Chhavi recommends people to consume it regularly as it contains a lot of protein and also provides good sustainable energy.

coconut oil:

Consuming just a teaspoon of coconut oil or adding it to coffee or smoothies will keep your skin glowing and provide anti-aging benefits.

seeds:

The actress recommends that people regularly consume two of the following seeds as they are healthy and have anti-inflammatory properties.

pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds
Basil seeds
Chia seeds
sesame seeds
hemp seeds
Flax seed
