The next morning, when you wake up, you find it curdled. Don’t worry, we’ve found some ways you can use it for a delicious breakfast. Look below.
Here are 5 easy ways to use curdled milk for breakfast:
The first is the recipe most of us like to have for breakfast. It is spicy, filling and very tasty. We can use curdled milk in preparing the smoothies. Moreover, it gives an extra spicy taste to your smoothies. Just replace your yogurt with the curd and you’re good to go.
2. Bread rolls/rolls
Strain the curdled milk and separate the lumps from it. Remove the excess water and use the rest of the filling for sandwiches, rolls or even paratha. Add your favorite herbs to the mixture and save!
You can also use curdled milk to make the chilla. To do this, take a bowl, add besan (or any other flour of your choice), spices to taste, coriander leaves and curdled milk. Mix well until you get a smooth and consistent paste. Your chilla/dosa batter is ready.
4. Scrambled eggs
Curdled milk can be a good choice to add to scrambled eggs. Beat the eggs with the curd and cook to perfection. You will notice that the result is creamier than before.
5. Fruit or vegetable salad
Take a bowl, chop your favorite fruits or some veggies for extra crunch. Add the seasonings to your own taste, divide the curdled milk over the fruits and pour over a little olive oil. Your delicious bowl of salad is ready!
